Pets are welcome upon request and with written confirmation from us, at a rate of €50 per pet per booking. Specific rules will be provided when you submit your request.

Breakfast is not provided, but during the high season, we offer dinner nights twice a week. Each holiday house is equipped with its own kitchen for your convenience, and we provide various services to help with meals and groceries during your stay.

Towels and bed linen are provided. However, we kindly ask to bring your own pool towels.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, check-out is until 10:00 AM. Please keep us informed of your estimated arrival time. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please notify us in advance.

Parking is available at each holiday house.

The tap water is not suitable for drinking. We recommend using bottled water for drinking during your stay.

Each holiday house is equipped with air conditioning that can both heat and cool. Please turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the house. Casa Rincon also features a wood-burning stove.

Vila Franca da Serra has a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and colder winters, offering pleasantly cool nights during the summer season.

Yes, each house and the lounge area are equipped with fast and reliable Wi-Fi.

Driving time to the coast varies depending on the desired location. For example, the drive to Aveiro (125 km) takes approximately 1.5 hours, depending on the exact route and conditions.

Quinta da Estrela is located in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Serra da Estrela, offering spectacular views of the Serra da Estrela Nature Park, which spans over 86,000 hectares. Depending on your chosen activities, key destinations are just a 15-minute to one-hour drive away.

Driving time from Vila Franca da Serra to Porto Airport is approximately 2 hours, depending on the specific route and traffic conditions. The driving time to Lisbon Airport is approximately 3.5 hours, also depending on the route and traffic.

The minimum rental duration depends on the time of year. In general, the minimum stay is 2 nights. In July and August, the minimum rental period is 7 days, with check-in/check-out on Saturdays.

We will confirm your reservation request by email within 24 hours. The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, which must be paid within 7 days of confirmation of reservation request. The deposit equals 50% of the total rental fee. The remaining balance is due no later than two months before your arrival date.

You can conveniently pay for your booking directly through our website. On-site payments can be made in cash, MB WAY or by debit/credit card.

Yes, you can cancel your booking using the contact form. The cancellation policy is outlined in our terms and conditions.

Our Quinta offers the following facilities: a jacuzzi, swimming pool, lounge area with honesty bar, library, ping pong table, and a small playground with a sandpit. We dedicate ourselves to continuously improving our amenities to ensure an even more enjoyable experience.

We offer a variety of services to make your stay even more rewarding. Through our website, you can book flights and rental cars, arrange babysitting, and have your groceries stocked for a fully packed fridge upon arrival. You can also place orders with the local bakery and vegetable vendor for delivery. During peak season you can sign up for weekly dinner nights.
